1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and instant document generation, all sales on WebComply.tech are generally final. Once a document has been generated and accessed, we cannot issue a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- Technical failure where the document was not generated despite successful payment.
- Duplicate charges for the same transaction.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at support@webcomply.tech within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.
4. Cancellation
Since our service is on-demand, there is no "cancellation" period once the process has started. Subscription-based services (if applicable) can be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing.
